Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務 You will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement and increasing brand desirability, and achieving ambitious business objectives. - Develop a customer-centric approach and design seamless and engaging online + offline initiatives across all channels. - Lead CX-related projects, introducing the latest technologies, trends and competitor's benchmark. - Plan optimized communication initiatives for different customer segments based on customer data. - Implement interactive CX campaigns and CX communications (LINE & scenario eDMs) to contribute to the growth of a brand. - Supervise official LINE account from strategic planning to execution. - Set clear KPIs and regularly monitor and analyze progress. - Asset Management : Creative direction and quality check - Cross-functional Collaboration: Share project plans, progress, challenges, and achievements with relevant departments. |
