shu uemura is seeking a Sr. Project Manager within the integrated communications team to build its digital transformation strategy with a concentration on brand communication both internal and external. The role will be based in Tokyo and report to the International Communication Manager.
This role requires the candidate to implement brand communication iniatiatives that will build the brand image, increase awareness, drive buzz and reinforce its reputation over time. the candidate will lead the countries to build, activate and engage with strategic brand communication by leveraging press dossiers, influencer kits and eventing. The candidate will build and drive strategy on communicating product launches, seasonal campaigns and collaborations. And finally she/he will monitor campaign performance, gain and share insights ? while working with countries to collect and share best practice.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
・Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches and animations throughout the year. Monitor local market adaptations and performance to share learnings and insights.
・Develop, implement and manage international communication projects/operations:
- Internal brand communication to increase visibility and buzz within the L’Oreal group. Inclusive of maintaining Shu Uemura brand page on the group website with up-to-date information and visuals
- Press dossiers and influencer kits for product launches and animations. Work with external vendors and internal partners to brief the project and finalize to share with local markets in digital book format
- Project management for launches and animations to consolidated Integrated Communications team strategy
- You may organize promotional events such as global events, workshop, sponsorship events, and etc.
・Develop international communication tools, online & offline, for brand's subsidiaries and ensure of their implementation.
・Leverage Traackr to monitor influencer campaign trend, spend and ROI
・Contribute to the organization of specific communication meetings with zone/countries, steering committees with key zones/countries.
・Highly collaborate to work with multiple cross-functional partners and external vendors
・Constantly be aware of digital and social media trends to react and inject into influencer strategy and activations
・Follow-up closely on budget, financial procedures and sustainability practice of the group
