Key Mission 業務のミッション - Maximize Indirect platform EC business (Rakuten, Amazon, Line gift, ZOZO, @cosme, etc.). - Maximize CLTV on Indirect platform EC by increasing new acquisition and managing long-term relationship with customers on Indirect platform. - Enhance brand loyalty with indirect platform customers providing brands philosophy. Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務 - Responsible for planning and executing initiatives on EC platform (promotion, festival, media, eDM, CRM etc.) in align with brand Online strategy and partnering closely with brand Online Business Managers. - Responsible for CRM planning, executing, and running PDCA in align with customer journey and ecosystem on Indirect platform. - Responsible for creatives (landing page, eDM, leaflet, etc.) to provide excellent user experience through online and offline in cooperation with other teams and external vendor. - Collaborative spirit with other team members to provide the best CLTV experience for our customers. - Plan and achieve KPI related to sales and CRM. - Manage and improve EC fundamentals; A+ contents, PDP, stock management, etc. - Analyze data and improve promotion and CRM plan based on analysis. - Lead and execute initiatives in cooperation with other internal teams (System, Supply chain, CX, etc.), indirect platform partners and external vendor. |
