Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務 - Lead both short-term and long-term E-commerce strategy: In respect with the brands / division / North Asia Zone strategies and frames, increase division’s online turnover, ensuring incubation of new businesses in line with brand / division’s identity and objectives, all under CMO Omnichannel supervision. - Lead EC platform team and collaborate with related teams/stakeholders effectively including North Asia CMO Omnichannel zone team - Manage e-merchandizing strategy: catalog, trade, promos, testing, new parts on the site, media … in link with the marketing plan - Manage e-trade marketing in line with both the brands / the platformers’ marketing calendars - Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) for online channels and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy - Track and measure site & Business performance to increase ROI - Track and measure customer satisfaction (NPS, Consumer comment, Review) - Lead retail media strategy while establishing performance track cycle - Facilitate technology, tools and partners deployment to improve platforms and functionalities, working closely with the EC platformers, IT and related teams - Become the window for the brand teams and related parties, unless any urgent issues occur - In charge of online platform business P&L to contribute for profits - Lead division eJBP with key platformers in order to drive faster growth - Develop online platform business channel strategy in the market while respecting Global/North Asia Zone CMO Omnichannel strategy |
